Package includes:
1 Socket housing with cut-off contact for rear fog light,
1 Cable set, 13-core with pre-assembled socket insert,
1 Trailer turn signal monitor, 12 volt,
1 Fuse holder (10A) with connection cable (red),
4 Nuts M5, self-locking,
2 Cable ties 300 mm long,
8 Cable ties 100 mm long,
The installation instruction is to be handed to customer.
Work to be carried out, in general:
1. Disconnect ground cable from battery.
2. Fit 13-core cable set and socket housing.
3. Fit 2-core cable set and fuse holder.
4. Functional check.
1. Disconnect ground cable from battery
In order to avoid short circuits during assembly and for safety reasons the ground cable has to
be disconnected from battery before starting installation work (fire hazard).
Stored data may be lost due to battery being disconnected.
Fit the 13-core cable set and socket housing

Remove loading/stowage area cover and remove loading lip panelling.
Detach rear side panelling in boot and fold inwards.
Remove covering of existing hole in rear panel of vehicle (below left of lock carrier).
Route the end of 13-core cable set with pre-assembled socket insert through existing hole from
boot to outside and then up to retaining plate for socket.
