Problem
The device shows
nothing in the
display after you
have fed the test
strip in.

Solution
Replace the battery.
Check that the battery has been
inserted correctly (is the "+" terminal
facing upwards?).
Insert the test strip fully, with the
contacts first and the positive side
facing upwards (page 19).
