Defective units returned to us will be dis-
posed of for free.
Guarantee
•
We grant a 24-month warranty for this
appliance. Commercial use or con-
tinuous operation will invalidate the
guarantee.
•
Damage due to natural wear and tear,
overload or incorrect use is excluded
from the guarantee. Certain com-
ponents are subject to normal wear
and tear and are excluded from the
guarantee. These include in particular:
filters, attachments or seals provided
that the claims are not traced back on
material defects.
•
In the case of pumping water contain-
ing sand or aggressive liquids or other
incorrect, non-design-appropriate use,
as well as in case of non-observance
of the operating manual, applica-
tion of force in use or inappropri-
ate or insufficient maintenance, no
guarantee claim exists, since seals,
impeller wheel, motor or other parts
are damaged by this. Also, sewage
water pumps are not suitable for the
pumping of abrasive materials (sand,
stone).
Note: submersible pumps are drain-
age pumps. This kind of pump is
constructed with the purpose of trans-
porting or removing a certain volume
of water – depending on its output
category – as quickly as possible.
Submersible pumps are not intended
as irrigation (for example, in garden
irrigation systems) or as constant
water-flow pumps (such as in artificial
streams or ornamental fountains).
Inappropriate use will invalidate the
warranty.

In particular, the guarantee is likewise
void in the case of employment of the
sewage water pumps without base
plate or (this applies for all pumps) in
case of damages which are caused by
supporting on or suspending from the
mains cable. The pumps must not be
run dry or exposed to frost.
•
Furthermore, the prerequisite for guar-
antee services is that the references
indicated in the operating instructions
regarding cleaning and maintenance
have been adhered to.
•
Damage, which has been caused
from material or manufacturing faults,
will be made good free of charge, by
replacement delivery or repair.
This requires that the appliance is
returned to our service center undis-
mantled and with proof of purchase
and guarantee.
Repair service
•
Repairs, which are not covered by
the guarantee, can be carried out for
charge by our service center. Our ser-
vice center will be glad to provide you
with a cost estimate.
We can only process devices which
have been packaged sufficiently and
which have been dispatched with cor-
rect stamping.
•
Note: In case of complaint or service,
please deliver your device cleaned,
and with an indication of the defect, to
our service address.
Devices sent in freight collect - by
bulk freight, express or with other
special freight - are not accepted.
•
Defective units returned to us will be
disposed of for free.
