If you wish to interrupt the toasting procedure, press the button "Stop" 9.
The toaster switches itself off and the bread slices are ejected upwards.
The warming function enables you to warm bread without browning it. As
an example, for toast that has gone cold. The bread is only briefl y warmed.
1) Place the toasting dial 3 at the setting
2) Insert the bread and press the operating slide 2 downwards.
3) When the bread has been reheated, the appliance switches itself off
automatically and the slices are ejected upwards.
By pressing the button "Defrosting" 8, also frozen bread can be thawed and
toasted. With this, the toaster slowly warms the bread.
1) After setting the desired browning level, insert the bread into the toaster
slots 7.
2) Press the operating slide 2 downwards.
3) Press the button "Defrosting"
4) When the defrosting and toasting process is fi nished, the toaster switches itself
off automatically, the control lamp integrated in the button "Defrosting"
goes out and the bread slices are ejected to the top.
NEVER lay bread rolls directly onto the toaster, ALWAYS use the bread roll
holder 1.
1) Press the lever for the "bread roll holder" 6
extended.
2) Place the bread-rolls onto the holder and start the toasting procedure.
Place the toasting dial 3 at the setting 3 (

Place the rolls onto the bread-roll holder 1 in such a manner that they

cannot fall through the holder 1.

After toasting, the rolls will be very hot.
3) As soon as the toaster switches itself off , turn the rolls over to toast the other
side of them and then switch the toaster back on.
4) Return the bread roll holder 1 back into its starting position by sliding the
lever for the bread roll holder 6
