• Check the fill level
• Compressed air supply/hose
connections interrupted
• Mechanically operated injection
valve Y4 does not switch
• Anti-spatter fluid is empty
• Metering quantity incorrectly

• Operating pressure too low

Troubleshooting
• Top up the anti-spatter fluid
• Check all supply lines leading to the cylinder and
threaded fittings
• Replace mechanically operated injection valve Y4
• Replace or refill bottle
• Adjust the throttling screw
• Check injection time (torch dwell time in injection
unit)
• Check the operating pressure
• Check the operating pressure
