6.2.1 For BRS-LC injection unit
1 Loosen the lateral mounting screws and remove the covering hood.
2 Guide the connecting cable through the PG 9 screws to the terminal block.
3 Terminal assignment: Supply voltage 24 V DC to X1.7, GND to X1.5.
4 Control signal input for "Lift" (stroke movement) to X1.10.
5 Control signal output for "Ready" (stroke down, clamping cylinder open) to X1.12.

6.2.2 For TSi injection unit
Two robot outputs 24 V DC and one robot input 24 V DC are required for controlling the valves.
A tactile (mechanically operated) valve is used for spraying.

6.3 Connecting the pneumatic system
NOTICE
• These operating instructions describe multiple variations.
• Observe the provided pneumatic plan and optional connections.
A compressed air hose with an outer diameter of Ø 10 mm (inner width of Ø 8 mm) is required for the supply line.
A shut-off valve in the supply line is recommended. This allows the BRS-LC to be quickly and simply depressurized in order
to carry out any installation and maintenance work.
