9. Troubleshooting support

Initial general action in case of a malfunction: Please switch off the unit and then switch
it on again (
If your unit does still not work properly after following the instructions
mentioned below, contact help@duravit.com. Have the article and serial number
ready. These can be found on the nameplate on the back of the operating
instructions and in the app (
Device information).
