To empty the glue pot after using it with PUR glue, proceed
first in a similar manner as explained previously for emptying
EVA glue. Then, when the glue pot is completely empty, it
should be filled with EVA glue and heated to a temperature
of 190°C. The roller should also be activated using handle A
(Fig. 14) at a speed of 4 m/min for approximately 10 minu-
tes. This ensures that all remaining PUR glue residue in the
A
mechanism is dissolved and mixed with the new load of EVA
glue. After the stipulated time, the machine can be stopped
and will be ready for its next use. When resuming work, if you
wish to continue edge banding with PUR glue, heat the glue
pot to a temperature of 50°C to soften the solidified glue.
Then use a spatula to remove the softened glue from the pot.
The empty pot can be refilled with PUR glue and heated to
the appropriate temperature (approx. 150°C). Then, start the
gluing mechanism using handle A (Fig. 14) at a speed of 4 m/
min for approximately 10 minutes, ensuring that all remaining
EVA glue residue in the mechanism is dissolved and mixed with
the new load of PUR glue.

8.1 Adjustment of the Guide Support.
If not done during unpacking, mount the guide support A
(Fig. 7) on support B and secure it with handle C. Then, attach
washer B1 with the provided screw (Fig. 7.1).
The height of guide support A must be adjusted according
to the thickness of the piece to be edged D to distribute the
excess edge banding. The edge banding used can be 3 or 4 mm
higher than the panel to be edged. Measure the edge banding
and the panel to determine the excess.
To place the plate in the working position, loosen handle C
B1
and place the edge banding against the bottom of the mark
"3" or "4" according to the size of the edge banding and the
excess relative to the panel to be edged (Fig. 7.1).
