Cannot
detect TV
name
Wait for the connection progress to complete, and select the content you want to share.
When using VIDAA app and TV goes into standby mode, after more than 5 minutes the Wake-on-
LAN and Wake-on-WLAN will be disabled. This will help save power consumption. If you want to
continue using VIDAA app to enable network, you can simply restart TV by pressing the STANDBY
button on the remote control or the bottom of TV.
Solution
Restart your device's Wi-Fi and see if the TV name is detected.
If you use Ethernet and switch to use Wi-Fi, disconnect the Ethernet cable,
turn off the TV and remove its power cord from the socket. Then plug in TV
and turn it back on.
Some devices may not support content sharing function. If your device
doesn't support content sharing, you can download an app that supports
the function.
