unintentionally. Serious eye injury could result.
Always turn off the tool when not in use. By leaving
turned on the tool increases the risk of someone in-
advertently staring into the laser beam.
Do not leave tool unattended turned on in any ope-
ration mode.
Do not use laser viewing glasses as safety goggles.
Laser viewing glasses are used for improved visua-
lization of the laser beam, but they do not protect
against laser radiation.
Do not use any optical instruments (e.g telescopes)
to view the laser beam as serious eye injury could
result.
This laser complies with class 2 according to the IEC
60825-1: 2014 standard. Do not replace the laser di-
ode with a different type. If damaged, have the laser
repaired by an official service center.
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
WARNING
Always wear eye protection.
Use only the accessories that are recommended by
the manufacturer. Accessories designed for use with
other tools could result in serious injury.
Use safety equipment such as dust mask, non-skid
safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection where
appropriate, as it will help reduce personal injuries.
FIRE AND BURN HAZARDS
Do not operate the tool in combustible areas such as
in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust.
ELECTRICITY HAZARDS
If the battery pack is cracked or damaged in any
other way, do not insert it in the charger. There is a
danger of electric shock or electrocution.
Do not allow any liquid to come into contact with the
charger. There is a danger of electric shock.
The charger and battery packs supplied with it are
specifically designed to work together. Do not at-
tempt to charge the battery pack with any other
charger than the one supplied.
Only charge batteries indoors as the charger is desig-
ned for indoor use only.
Do not pull on the power cord to disconnect it from
the mains supply socket.
Do not use the charger if it has been subjected to a
heavy knock, dropped or otherwise damaged in any
way. Take the charger to an official service center for
a check or repair.
Do not disassemble the charger. Take it to an offici-
al service center when service or repair is required.
Incorrect re-assembly may result in the risk of fire,
electric shock or electrocution.
Never attempt to open the battery pack for any re-
ason. If the plastic housing of the battery pack brea-
ks open or cracks, immediately discontinue its use
and do not recharge it.
WARNING
Do not incinerate the battery pack even if it is seri-
ously damaged or can no longer hold a charge. The
battery pack can explode and cause fire.
Do not store or carry batteries pack in a pockets or
toolbox or any other place where it may come into
contact with metal objects. The battery pack may be
short- circuited causing damage to the battery pack,
burns or a fire.
After prolonged use the battery may become hot.
Before removing the battery, switch the tool off and
allow the battery to cool down. Do not use the bat-
tery if you notice any discoloration or distortion of
the battery casing.
