MOUNTING BRACKET
WARNING
Position the laser and/or mounting bracket on a sta-
ble surface. Serious personal injury or damage to the
laser may result if the laser falls.
With the mounting bracket you can attach the laser
line to any metal surface made of steel or iron with
the powerful magnets attached to the base of the
bracket.
Place the laser line via the 1/4'' tripod screw thread
(Fig. 1.2) onto the 1/4'' male thread of the mounting
bracket and screw it on applying moderate force. Do
not overtighten, otherwise it can become damaged.
The bracket can also be attached to a tripod with the
suitable thread size.

In case of a malfunction contact your dealer or the
official service center.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
This instrument is designed to provide years of de-
pendable service, if the following care instructions
are performed:
Always turn off the tool before cleaning it, moving it,
and after you have finished working.
Clean the exterior of the tool by wiping it with a
damp cloth. Use only mild cleaning agents, never sol-
vents or corrosive chemicals.
Always remove the batteries when cleaning the laser
light aperture to laser lens.
Always treat the tool with the care deserving of the
precision optical instrument that it is. Do not subject
the tool to impacts, vibrations, extremely high or low
temperatures.
Replace old or weak batteries so they do not leak and
damage the tool.
Remove the batteries and store the tool in a dry,
dust-free environment, out of children's reach whe-
never it is not to be used for an extended period.
Unplug the charger from the power supply before
attempting to clean it.
Any repairs or service must be performed by a qua-
lified technician. Have your tool serviced by an offi-
cial service center using only identical replacement
parts. This will ensure that the safety of the tool is
maintained.
Do not disassemble the tool. There are no user servi-
ceable parts inside. Do not modify the product in any
way. Modifying the tool may result in hazardous laser
radiation exposure.
Develop a periodic maintenance schedule for the
tool. When cleaning the tool be careful not to disas-
semble any part of it since internal wires may be mis-
placed or pinched or may be improperly mounted.
Certain cleaning agents such as gasoline, carbon te-
trachloride, ammonia, etc.may damage plastic parts.
Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts,
breakage of parts and any other condition that may
affect the operation. If damaged, repair the tool
before usιng it again. Many accidents are caused by
poorly maintained tools.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
This product must not be disposed together with
domestic waste in compliance with relative legisla-
tion concerning waste of electrical and electronic
equipment where applicable. Recycle raw materials
instead of disposing as waste. Product, accessories
and packaging should be sorted for environment fri-
endly recycling. By properly disposing this product,
you are also contributing to the effective use of na-
tural resources.
You can obtain information on collection points for
waste equipment from your municipal administra-
tion, public waste disposal authority, an authorized
body for the disposal of waste electrical and electro-
nic equipment or your waste disposal company.
WARRANTY
This product is warranted in accordance with the
legal / country specific regulations, effective from
the date of purchase by the first user. Consult your
authorized dealer for disassembly and service, not
covered in this manual. In case of a claim, please
send the product, completely assembled, to your
dealer or the official service center.
Warranty covers the cost of repairing the product
and any required replacement of parts that are de-
fective in terms of material or manufacturing and
does not apply:
Where repairs have been made or attempted by

people other than the official or an authorized re-
pair center.
Where modifications or falsifications of the pro-
f
duct have been made.
Where non-genuine or non-recommended parts,
f
consumables or accessories have been installed.
In case of overuse, unorthodox use or any use not
f
in accordance with the user manual.
In case of poor maintenance or exposure to harm-
f
ful environmental factors.
Where repairs are needed due to normal wear
f
or to consumables, accessories, power cables,
supporting batteries and other related items.
For minor deviations from the specifications that

are not necessary for the proper operation of the
product.
For damages that are the result of factors other

than the product, such as natural disasters, theft,
wear and tear during transport, accidental dama-
ge etc.
Where the product is used as a rental item.

Where the product is an exhibition item, sample or

has been supplied free of charge.
