Mounting the motor and the

Check the electrical point of supply
Lay a duct to run the motor power cable:
‐ Cable 3 × 4 mm² up to 20 m
‐ Cable 3 × 6 mm² up to 30 m
Lay a duct to run the motor sensor cable:
‐ Cable 3 × 1 mm² shielded

Make sure that the sensor cable is not run in the same duct as an energy consuming device.
Lay a duct to run the booster pump power cable (Cleandeck option):
‐ Cable 3 × 1.5 mm² up to 20 m
‐ Cable 3 × 2.5 mm² up to 50 m
1.3.
Check drainage of the dry motor pit
The Aquamat motor is not watertight, it is merely splashproof (IP55). The motor must, therefore, be installed in
a drained pit fitted with a lift pump and a door that can be locked. The dimensions of the motor pit must
correspond to those indicated in the civil engineering diagrams.
