ASSEMBLAGE CÔTÉ DROIT
Du côté droit, dévissez et retirez la vis supérieure du moteur illustrée sur la photo 2. Conservez
•
l'entretoise d'origine montée entre le châssis et le moteur à remonter.
En suivant le schéma de montage côté droit page 4, prenez le boulon M12 restant (article 3 -
•
M12x1.25x100mm) et faites glisser l'entretoise S0295 (article 7) jusqu'à la tête du boulon.
Glisser la rondelle plate restante (article 5) suivie de la rondelle anti vibration (article 6).
•
Passez le boulon à travers la protection crash (article 1) de sorte que la tête du boulon repose
•
dans la zone en retrait, puis faites glisser l'une des entretoises de 3 mm (article 4) sur le boulon
comme indiqué sur le schéma de montage côté droit.
Installez cet ensemble dans le trou de boulon du moteur du côté droit en vous assurant que
l'entretoise d'origine soit remplacée entre le cadre et le moteur.
*conseil : avant de remettre en place l'ensemble de la protection crash, vérifiez que le cadre
soit aligné droit avec le trou de montage du moteur pour vous assurer que le boulon soit bien
droit et que les filetages soient insérés correctement*
VEUILLEZ NOTER QUE LA BOBINE DOIT ÊTRE POSITIONNÉE COMME INDIQUÉ À LA
•
PAGE 2 CI-DESSUS, AVEC L'EXTRÉMITÉ LA PLUS GRANDE VERS L'AVANT DE LA MOTO.
Serrez le boulon jusqu'à ce que vous sentiez une certaine compression à l'intérieur de la
•
protection crash. Tournez un peu plus pour sentir la compression augmenter légèrement.
Appliquer ensuite un quart de tour. Serrez à 40 Nm de couple (ne dépassez pas ce chiffre, car
cela pourrait endommager la moto et le boulon).
•
Enfin, installez un capuchon de protection (article 8 - BC0002) sur les deux protections crash
pour cacher soigneusement les têtes de boulons
Avant de rouler, vérifiez que les deux côtés soient sécurisés et que les protections crash ne
•
puissent pas pivoter.
Vérifiez régulièrement le serrage de chaque côté.

skill and care and rectify any fault free of charge unless the workmanship has been disturbed. The Buyer is responsible for
ensuring that the warranty on the motorcycle is not affected by the fitting of the Products. On return of any defective Products
R&G shall at its option either supply a replacement or refund the purchase money but shall not be liable if the Products have
been modified or used or maintained otherwise than in accordance with R&G's or manufacturer's instructions and good
engineering practice or if the defect arises from accident or neglect. Other than identified above and subject to R&G not limiting
its liability for causing death and personal injury, it shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss and otherwise its liability
shall be limited to the amounts paid by the Buyer for the Products or the fitting or service concerned. These terms do not affect
the Buyer's statutory rights.
Returns must be pre-authorised (if not pre-authorised the return will be rejected). Goods may only be returned direct to us if
they were purchased direct from us (customer must prove if necessary). Otherwise, to be returned to original vendor. Goods
must be in re-sellable condition, in the opinion of R&G Racing. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee (25%
of the gross value exc. P&P – at the prevailing price at time of purchase). The customer must pay any and all carriage charges.
No returns of discontinued products, unless within 14 days of purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights and does
not refer to faulty goods.
