PRELIMINARY PHASE:
– Press the easy start button (D) (Fig. a).
– Draw mixture into the carburettor by pressing primer (P) 5- 6 times
(Fig. b).
With motor cold:
– Move switch (14) to position "
With engine hot or in hot environment:
– Move switch (14) to position "
– Lock accelerator (02) in the start position (see § 3.1).
– Give one or two rapid and energetic tugs on the starter cord
(Fig. d).
– Move switch (14) to position"
STARTING:
– Pull the starter cord until the engine starts.
Note: in order to make it easier to pull the starter cord, always press easy start
button before each pull.
To avoid damage, always follow through with the cord as it rewinds and do not
pull it beyond its stroke.
– Allow the wrench to "warm up" for 2 minutes prior to commence-
ment of work.
NOTE: the eff ective power of the engine will be reached after settling
in over the use of 2 tanks of fuel during which time the wrench must
not be used at top speed and/or for intense or prolonged periods.
– To switch off the motor, release the accelerator (02), then move the
switch (14) to the "O - STOP" position (Fig. e-f).
