INSTRUCTIONS
1. Complete the FORM in its entirety (legibly)
2. Send it by email to: customercare@sistematica.it
3. Prepare the object in a box together with a copy of the FORM and send
(at your expense) to:
SISTEMATICA (Magazzino) - VIA ANDREA SANSOVINO 217
4. Upon arrival, the product will be checked and taken in charge. If it is under
warranty (within 2 years of purchase): the repair will be carried out and
returned completely AT OUR EXPENSE.
5. If the warranty has expired for any reason:
- you will be charged €50 for service fee

- you will be contacted with a quote estimate to be approved in writing
before starting any repairs
- the return shipment will be at your expense (or you can ask us to scrap
it for free).
