24-hour heart rate
The Oslo smartwatch can track your heart rate throughout the day. Swipe left once to
measure your heart rate and view the historical data. You can also find this feature from
the general menu or the quick access menu by tapping on the heart.
The heart rate will be measured automatically, and the results will appear on the screen
within a few seconds.
Link the App, activate the automatic measuring every 30 minutes and view the detailed
heart rate monitoring data from the main screen or in the "Device" section.
My watch does not measure heart rate
The watch may not be receiving a proper heart rate signal. In this case, the heart rate
meter will stay at zero and, after a few seconds, a message will appear for you to try again
later. If this happens, make sure that the watch is properly adjusted and adjust it so that it
is properly positioned and securely fastened to your wrist. Once the watch is set, you will
automatically get the data when you enter the heart rate monitoring feature.
Blood pressure
Look for the "Blood pressure" (thermometer) feature from the general menu or the quick
access menu to start measuring your blood pressure. This feature will always display the
last measured values and by swiping up you can the historical data.
Blood oxygen
Look for the "Blood oxygen" (O2) feature from the general menu or the quick access
menu. This feature will always display the latest measurement values and by swiping up
you can view the historical data.
Activate the application and view detailed blood oxygen data over time from the main
screen.
Electrocardiogram
Look for the "ECG" (Vital Signs) feature from the general menu or the quick access menu
to start measuring the electrical activity of your heart. This feature will always display the
latest measured values.
Link the app and view the detailed ECG data from the main screen.
Calorie, pedometer and mileage tracking
The smartwatch tracks your daily physical activity automatically. It can count and calculate
the calories you burn, the number of steps you have taken and your mileage.
Select the activity wheel from the general menu, from the quick access menu or by
swiping left twice.
You can also link the app and view detailed calories, pedometer and mileage data from the
main screen.
