Use pots and pans that are suited for induction hobs. These come with the

of your pot or pan, if it sticks the bottom is magnetic and the pot is suited for
ceramic cooking plates.

The diameter of your pot or pan must be at least 10 cm, but no larger than 22 cm.

Always use a pot or pan with a flat bottom, to have a good contact with the hot plate. If the bottom is
hollow or convex, the heat distribution will not be optimal.
