1 Sequence of operations
1.1 Adjusting the trailer stabilisation — J104
The trailer stabilisation (J104) must be adjusted by a specialist workshop. Special test equipment
and vehicle-specific literature is required to perform the adjustment
WARNING
Improper adjustment can lead to accidents or damage to
the vehicle.
Audi AG shall not accept responsibility in the event of failure to comply with these assembly
instructions.
We reserve the right to make technical changes.
WARNING
Brake boosters on trailers are not supported!
Only applicable for the following countries:
Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama

– Perform the following steps in sequence.
– Connect the VAS 50XX/60XX — "Maintenance booklet"
– Guided Functions
– Vehicle brand and type
– Model year
– Version
– 03 - Brake electronics – J104
– ► button
– 03 – Adjustment - J104 with trailer stabilisation
– ► button
– Continue following the program sequence
– Press the "Done" button
– "Notification" – trailer stabilisation is then deactivated
– ► button
– "Display" – trailer stabilisation is deactivated
Press the "Done" button
