2. When the limit for the preset time for the water production is reached, the production stops
automatically. The display continues to show the symbol for water production for another 5
seconds.
3. In order to interrupt the production, press any key of the keyboard of the active group.
5.5.
Producing steam
Danger of burning and scalding! The dispensed steam is very hot.
Each time after using the steam wand, open the steam production for another 2-3 seconds in
order to clean the wands inside.
Clean the wand with a damp cloth after each utilization.
In order to produce steam, the water/ steam boiler must have reached its final functioning
temperature (ca. 122º).
In order to produce steam, turn the corresponding knob for steam production.
In order to stop steam production, close the knob.

Working with Termopid terminal
The display shows temperatures, visualizing one after another within a short interval of 3
seconds.
In order to distinguish the temperatures, the display shows dots on the base of the characters that
correspond to the temperature probe that is displayed.
A blinking point indicates that the corresponding probe is heating up. A steady point indicates
that the working temperature has been reached.
The temperature can be set between 85ºC and 99ºC, in 1ºC steps.

ECO Mode (energy saving)
When Eco mode is activated, the steam boiler temperature decreases to 80ºC, allowing for a
lower energy consumption during rest or idle times.
Activate ECO mode
When the machine is ON, press keys 5 and 3 on group 2, 3 seconds. The display shows the word ECO in
the field of the steam boiler temperature.
Deactivate ECO
In order to deactivate the ECO mode, press keys 5 and 3 on group 2, 3 seconds. The display shows the
boiler temperature.
