DESCRIPTION
Flow meter power supply: 12 Vdc, 10 mA
(pin 1 negative - pin 3 positive)
Analog signal with a voltage value proportional to the
flow.
Between 0 and 3V it is linearly proportional to between 0
and 100 sccm (pin 6 negative, pin 5 positive)
