- Caustic detergents, sodium bicarbonate are forbidden for the cleaning of your
appliance.
- Check regularly the power cord.
- Never dip your appliance in liquid.

6.2 Cleaning
- Unplug your appliance before cleaning.
- Leave the unit to cool
- Remove the front reservoir shield.
- Remove the heating element shield from the tank
- Pull the heating element up in order to remove remaining water from it and to empty it.
- To clean fill the reservoir with fresh water and boil. Leave the unit cool down and
empty the tank.
- Clean your appliance with a soft cloth and hot water after using.
- Dry it thoroughly after cleaning (with a dry soft cloth).
- Store the appliance in a cool and dry place.
6.3 Safety instructions relating to maintenance
- Daily check the state of your appliance: do not use it if it is damaged or if the
power cord is damaged. If the power cord is damaged it must be replaced by a
professional electrician.
- In case of break down contact your supplier or our own after- sales service.
- Any intervention work on your appliance must be performed by a qualified
professional.
ADVICE !
Your appliance is provided with an overheating protection. When this protection has
been activated you must let your appliance cool down.
