  • Page 9 C’ C’ C’ NIVEL C’ Levelling: When levelling the ground, always remove material from the top of the slope rather than filling in the bottom: this will ensure greater ground stability and firmness. Always remove all grass, roots, stones, etc. Levelling is extremely important: devoting the necessary time and effort to ensuring that your pool sits properly on the ground will avoid problems later.
  • Page 10 KITNPOV81 KITNPOV61 KITNP51 Finishing: On the cleaned and levelled ground, spread a light coat of sieved sand (max. 1cm). Water and compact it (with a garden roller). Check that is well levelled. Do not use the sand to level the ground. The finishing has to be perfect. Do never place the profiles forming the pool circle on an unstable ground. To install the pool properly, it has to be levelled.

Your swimming pool is supplied on 2 pallets. Pallet No. 1: Metal-sided swimming pool: Liner + wallplate + PVC section pieces + filtering system + ladder (inox) + cover + woodstainer kit + wood screws + metal trims (TMC-ES-EVR).

NOTE: NUTS SHOULD ALWAYS FACE INWARDS. ALL OF THESE STEPS MUST BE CARRIED OUT ON FIRM, LEVEL GROUND BEFORE DIGGING THE CORRESPONDING TRENCHES. 1- Fit 2 parts PEAO together on each side inside the bottom rail PG.

  • Page 20 TM6x2 Aleta AP TM6x2 TRU x2 7 - Locate plate AP so that its two holes coincide with the two holes in bottom rail PG, and attach it using 2 TM6 screws. (It is best to attach the AP plates after installing the bottom rail structure into the trench).Before fitting the plates AP, position the universal nut TRU so that the threaded holes align with the 2 central holes in each bottom rail PG in order to be able to join the plates using the 2 TM6 screws.

  • Page 22 1340 PEMIZ ASSEMBLING THE METAL BRACKETS ( EM1 ): NOTE: The structure must be entirely buried and properly levelled, so that these brackets are at ground level.The central metal brackets (EM1) are installed in the central area (half on one side and half on the other side), attaching them to the uprights by joining them with TM6 screws to parts PEU (using 2 TRU nuts each, see page 14).The widest part of the metal bracket should be placed nearest to the inside of the pool, and the narrowest part should be vertical, in order to attach it to part PEU.

  • Page 25 (TPVCP) TPR / MPR PASMAD PASMAD 10 cm PASMAD SKIMMER *NOTE: Cover the wall plate fastening screws (TT) and the perforation marks that are not to be used with adhesive tape before fitting the liner (L).TPVCP: The 2 wider strips must be taped on to cover the metal brackets inside the straight part of the pool. All these strips are intended to protect the pool liner. SUGGESTION: We recommend a minimal covering (with sieved sand (A)) of the entire bottom edge of the inner perimeter of the pool (metal parts and section pieces) to protect the underside of the liner prior to fitting.

  • Page 27 LINER Locate one of the seams on the wall (W), which can be used as guides for proper liner placement. Starting from the seam, hang the top edge of the liner side over the top of the wall plate so that the vertical seam (W) is PERFECTLY STRAIGHT AND PERPENDICULAR TO THE GROUND.
  • Page 28 P C F P C F 2º P C F 1º PIPC FLEXIBLE TOP SECTION PIECES (PCF) FOR OVAL SWIMMING POOLS NOTE: These FLEXIBLE SECTION PIECES ARE FOR THE TOPS of OVALS SWIMMING POOLS. They are fitted on top of the liner once this has been fitted over the pool wallplate and do not need to be joined together. They are positioned one after the other, and when the perimeter is completed, the extra length is cut off.
  • Page 29 ® WOOD: Wood is probably the only renewable raw material that is used on a large scale whose exploitation does not harm the environment. A well-managed forest tolerates the regular felling of trees without deteriorating or disappearing as a result. Felling is only made of the volume of wood that the forest expanse has produced that year.

  • Page 31 1º (A24050) (EXTERIOR) PMN ZR (INTERIOR) PVMR WOODEN PANELLING – PLEASE NOTE: When assembly does not begin immediately, it is important to restack the components horizontally on the pallet and cover them fully to ensure that sunlight and water are kept out. Assembly of wooden panelling: It is recommended that 2 adults wearing gloves perform the assembly. Once the wallplate of the swimming pool has been assembled (and the return valve connected) continue filling with water until there is a 4 cm gap between the water and the lower edge of the skimmer perforation.
  • Page 32 2º PVMC PVMRC 2nd - Once the panels have been attached to the straight sections, proceed with the curved sections.1st position the skimmer panel PMS so that its perforation marks coincide with those on the swimming pool wallplate for the subsequent attachment of the return valve and the skimmer. From inside the swimming pool, pull the liner downwards and against the wallplate in order to attach the skimmer with 2 short central screws (provisionally, as it will have to be removed subsequently), passing carefully through the liner.

  • Page 34 6º 7º 4 cm WATER ASSEMBLING THE RETURN VALVE AND SKIMMER 6th – When you have finished fitting all the playa finishing pieces, (you must now remove the playa pieces that are over the skimmer in order to remove it more easily), you may now begin to fill the swimming pool with water.
  • Page 35 8º KIT TINTE You may proceed to fill the swimming pool up to the level defined by the skimmer (half-way on the skimmer mouth). You may now use a brush (use is recommended of 2 brushes of different widths – not included in the kit) to apply the woodstain that is supplied with the swimming pool KIT, to protect the wood against exposure to the elements and in order for it to acquire a suitable dark colouring.It takes approximately 2 hours for 2 people to apply the woodstain/ paint.
  • Page 36 Application: It should be applied once a year. Application should be made of at least one coat of paint-woodstain on the wall panels and upper playa finishing pieces. A minimum of 2 coats of woodstain should be applied to all grained ends of the wood and to angle joints. NOTE: The useful life of a coat of paint may be considerably extended by touching up or by applying a fresh coat at regular intervals, instead of waiting for it to deteriorate.

NOTE: references: NP451 - NP351 do not contain the component with ref.: WOODEN LADDER, AR1175 and AR1174. The wooden ladder is mounted on the outside, centred on the wooden panel PME (which does not have a support block for the outside finishing pieces). Use 2 TF1 screws to attach board D below the outside finishing piece PLYME, as centred as possible.
  • Page 38 ATTACHMENT OF THE SAFETY FASTENING FOR WOODEN LADDER (E) Each safety fastening E consists of 2 parts: E1 and E2. E1 is the base for the fastening E2 and is placed at each end of board D. Place the wooden ladder beneath board D (The assembly of the ladder and its components is visually illustrated on page 12).

Do not leave the pool without any water. - Clean regularly the P .V .C liner and the water level mark with non-abrasive products.
