INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE
Couper la mousse en bandeaux de 10mm puis collez ces bandeaux au bas du support de
refroidisseur d'huile, de façon à ce que ces bandeaux se situent entre la protection refroidisseur
d'huile et le radiateur
Enlever les carénages de la moto. Pour réaliser cette opération du coté gauche de la moto, enlever
les 4 fixations sur le carénage, voir photo 1. A l'intérieur du carénage, il y a 4 rivets qui doivent
être enlevés, voir photos 2 & 3, avant de glisser le panneau vers l'avant et l'enlever de la moto.
Répéter cette procédure pour enlever le carénage du coté droit de la moto. Notez qu'il y a
seulement 3 rivets du coté droit.
Enlever les 2 boulons qui fixent le capot de refroidisseur d'huile en place, voir photo 4.
Enlever le capot en le glissant vers le haut pour libérer les 2 onglets sur le refroidisseur d'huile,
voir photo 5.
Enlever la grille de protection refroidisseur d'huile d'origine en la glissant vers le haut, en sortant
les 2 onglets de fixation sur le haut des 2 fentes de la grille.
Prendre la grille de protection R&G et montez la de la même façon que la grille d'origine a été
enlevée, voir photo 5 & 6.
Remettre le capot de refroidisseur d'huile puis serrer les 2 boulons, en fixant la grille de protection
refroidisseur d'huile en place.
Remettre les carénages des deux cotés de la moto.

responsible for ensuring that the warranty on the motorcycle is not affected by the fitting of the Products. On return of any defective Products R&G shall
at its option either supply a replacement or refund the purchase money but shall not be liable if the Products have been modified or used or maintained
otherwise than in accordance with R&G's or manufacturer's instructions and good engineering practice or if the defect arises from accident or neglect.
Other than identified above and subject to R&G not limiting its liability for causing death and personal injury, it shall not be liable for indirect or
consequential loss and otherwise its liability shall be limited to the amounts paid by the Buyer for the Products or the fitting or service concerned. These
terms do not affect the Buyer's statutory rights.
Returns must be pre-authorised (if not pre-authorised the return will be rejected). Goods may only be returned direct to us if they were purchased direct
from us (customer must prove if necessary). Otherwise to be returned to original vendor. Goods must be in re-sellable condition, in the opinion of R&G
Racing. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee (25% of the gross value exc. P&P – at the prevailing price at time of purchase). The
customer must pay any and all carriage charges. No returns of discontinued products, unless within 14 days of purchase. This policy does not affect your
statutory rights and does not refer to faulty goods.
