Fitting Instructions for OCG0008BK Oil Cooler Guard
Oil Cooler Guard - BMW R1200GS 2010-

Remove the two bolts and nuts in position arrowed in above picture.

Remove plastic cowl shown above the oil cooler guard.

To fit the oil cooler guard to the bike cut the foam strips provided into 10mm wide pieces and stick them
to the back of the oil cooler guard, so that they sit between the oil cooler guard and the oil cooler itself.

Fit the oil cooler guard between mounting brackets of plastic cowl and reposition as original.

Refit bolts and nuts as original.

The two cable ties go through the slots at the bottom of the oil cooler guard and through the radiator
surround to secure in position.

1x Radiator Guard
2x Cable/Zip Ties
2x 100mm Lengths of Foam
