13. Place top shelf onto legs. Ensure legs and top shelf
align and tap into place with rubber mallet.
(See Figure 7)
14. Secure top shelf to legs by inserting remaining
screws through leg into underside of top shelf.
(See Figure 7)

15. Thread tray bolts into threaded holes on underside
of top shelf. (See Figure 8)
16. Tighten using 3/8" wrench. (See Figure 8)
17. Attach lock to locking side panel. (See Figure 9)
18. Push lock through hole and secure with lock nut.
(See Figure 9)
19. Slide lock lever onto lock. Secure with lock screw.
Tighten with Phillips screwdriver. (See Figure 9)
NOTE: When tapping, switch between corners
to keep top shelf level rather than fully tapping
one corner at a time.
NOTE: Handle should be on the same side as
the swivel casters.
NOTE: It may be helpful to place the cart
on its side or end for this step.
