7. Flip top cabinet panel with locking front panel over
and place between legs on cart. (See Figure 4)
8. Place end panel into bottom shelf. Lift top cabinet
panel to secure plastic tabs on end panels.

9. Thread tray bolts through tray holder. (See Figure 6)
10. Slide tray holder with tray bolts over legs.
(See Figure 6)
11. Slide additional tray holder over bolts and onto legs.
(See Figure 6)
12. Repeat steps 9-11 for opposite side.
NOTE: You may need to gently pull the cart
legs outward to fit.
