Procedure
The TIMER function allows you to set a set time remaining to turn the air conditioner off or on.
For example: you want the air conditioner to turn off at 11pm and it is 7pm. You will have to set
the air conditioner to turn off within 4 hours.
Regulate when your air conditioner turns itself on or off.
With the remote control off, press the TIMER button. The word ON appears on the display
together with the timer, which can be adjusted in a range from 0.5 to 24 h.
Use the arrow buttons to adjust the timer. Each press increases or decreases the timer by
0.5 hour for the first 10 hours. After the first 10 hours, the interval changes to one hour.
Pressing the TIMER button again activates the timer.
You can activate other functions to regulate the air conditioning when the timer is activated
(mode, temperature, swing of the louvres, fan speed etc.). The remote control display shows
all the settings and saves them. When the timer reaches the set time, the air conditioner
starts to operate according to the settings in place.
Remove the dust from the heat exchanger in the indoor unit and dry the water contained in it,
to prevent the formation of mould.
With the remote control displaying OFF, press this button to turn on the iCLEAN function.
The function will run for 30 minutes.
To stop the iCLEAN function, press again iCLEAN button or ON/OFF button.
The clean function will be stop working after about 30 minutes running working without any
operation.
Turn on the ECO function. When the ECO function is on, the air conditioner will give priority to
efficient operation resulting in reduced power consumption for the next 8 hours. After 8 hours
this function is turned off automatically.
Save user preferences. User preferences regarding operating mode, fan speed, temperature
setting and fin tilt are saved using this button. Holding the iFavor button pressed for 3 seconds
until the iFavor symbol appears on the remote control display and flashes three times saves
the current settings. Press the button once at any point to revert back to the saved preferen­
ces.
Function not available on this product.
Activate night mode. When night mode is active, the
display.
When night mode is activated, the cooling mode automatically increases the set temperature
by 1 °C after 1 hour and another 1 °C after another hour.
During heating mode the set temperature automatically decreases by 2 °C after 1 hour and
another 2 °C after another hour.
Night mode stops automatically after 7 hours, after which the air conditioner stops operating.
Pressing the MODE or ON/OFF button will turn night mode off.
Activate the iFEEL function. When this function is enabled, the remote control display shows
the current room temperature. If it is not activated, the remote control display shows the set
temperature. This function is incompatible with the FAN mode.
Activate the Anti-FUNGUS function. The purpose of this function is to dry the heat exchanger
in the indoor unit, and thus prevent condensation which can cause mould and bad smells.
This function is not factory-set and can be turned on or off as desired.
If the function is activated, the air conditioner should remain off until the function has com­
pletely finished.
This function is not activated when the timer is activated or in night mode.
To activate the function, perform the following:
Press the Anti-FUNGUS button while the air conditioner and remote control are set to OFF.
The air conditioner emits two series of five beeps to indicate the function is activated.
The air conditioner stays in this function unless the air conditioner is turned off completely or
the function is manually stopped.
To turn off the function, hold down the Anti-FUNGUS button with the air conditioner and re­
mote control set to OFF. The unit will first emit five beeps, then three, indicating that the
function has been disabled.
