6. COMMISSIONING
The order of commissioning given below must be kept to without fail!
1. Attach the hose included to the bleed valve.
2. The permasolvent primus 2.0 is brought up to mains pressure by carefully opening the
shut-off valve, vented via the bleed valve on the connection flange and, in the case of
the PT-P 25, subsequently flushed with at least 30 litres of water at a nearby tap. In the
case of large devices, flush for longer accordingly.
3. Open the valve.
4. Plug the mains cable into a mains socket with protective earth contact.
5. For the duration of the self-test, all blue LEDs light up as a moving light and the red LED
also lights up for a few seconds.
Subsequently, all 5 blue LEDs signal the correct electrical connection to the mains
voltage.
In case of water withdrawals exceeding 1 L/min, the row of blue LEDs indicates the
current flow rate. Unlike the total flow rate, the LED row works as a moving light.

If the moving light does not operate with a water withdrawal of more than 1 L/min in the
case of the PT-P 25, 6 L/min in the case of the PT-P40, 12 L/min in the case of the PT-P40/2
or 18 L/min in the case of the PT-P40/3, check that the Hall sensor cable is seated correctly
and/or check the flow turbine for free movement (see section 8 Inspection).
