PURPOSE OF USE

permasolvent primus 2.0 systems work according to the physical principle of limescale
reduction through accelerated seed crystal formation. With this environmentally friendly
process, the dissolved lime in the water is largely stabilised, leading to a reduction in
limescale formation in drinking water pipes and their downstream fittings as well as in
drinking water heating systems.
Through the water swirling based on Viktor Schauberger as well as alternating magnetic
fields, permasolvent vital units give the water back its original vitalising properties.
permasolvent primus 2.0 systems can also be used in combination with the permasolvent
active devices as the Active Plus system

1. SAFETY INFORMATION

Always follow the instruction manual.
The devices may only be used for their intended purpose and only if they are in
perfect working order. Any other use or use extending beyond that will be construed
as inappropriate use. The contents of the instruction manual and the locally applicable
regulations for the protection of drinking water, prevention of accidents and work safety
must be observed.
Faults that could impair safety must be rectified immediately.
All installation, commissioning and service activities must be performed exclusively by
authorised technical personnel.
2. FUNCTIONAL PREREQUISITES
Product designation
permasolvent primus 2.0 systems are suitable for: drinking water in accordance with the
German Drinking Water Regulations (TVO).
In addition to the TVO, the following conditions must be met:
• Water from 6° d (11° f) carbonate hardness up to max. 40° d (71° f) total hardness
• pH values between 7.0 and 9.5
• Water temperatures up to max. 30 °C (tank temp. max. 80 °C)
• Ambient temperatures up to max. 40 °C
• Inlet pressure up to max. 10 bar
