Continuous tone
If no water has been withdrawn with a flow rate of > 2 l/min. or > 4 l/min. in the case of the
PT-P 40 within the last 22 days (e.g. due to a holiday), unplug the mains plug and then plug
it in again.
If more than 2 l/min. water have been drawn off in the last 22 days and the continuous
tone still sounds, please call the service technician (blockage of the flow sensor).
Red LED flashing:
Undercurrent display due to contact problems between electronics and 4-pin connector on
the treatment unit.
2. Operation of the permasolvent primus 2.0 via app
permasolvent primus 2.0 can be operated via an app. As this is local WLAN, this function is
only possible in the immediate vicinity to the electronics of the permasolvent primus 2.0.
Operating data of the device such as residual capacity, flow rate and treatment intensity
can be displayed. Customer Service can read out an error log and configure some of the
water treatment parameters.
First, WLAN must be activated on the Smartphone and on the
permasolvent primus 2.0. To do this, the button on the right-
hand side of the permasolvent primus 2.0 electronics must be
briefly pushed for 1 second.
Note: If the button is pressed for longer (3 sec.), the reset
procedure is initiated. In the case of the PT-P 40/2 or PT-P 40/3,
the corresponding control devices must be selected individually
in the Settings/WLAN menu on the Smartphone.
3. Exchanging the treatment unit
Only necessary if the red LED is lit steadily or the acoustic signal sounds.
2.1 Disconnect the permasolvent primus 2.0 from the mains power by unplugging the
plug.
2.2 Close the shut-off valves upstream and downstream of the device and release the
pressure from the device by opening the bleed valve.
2.3 Release the wall support (fig. 4).
2.4 Disconnect the 4-pin connector from the treatment unit (fig. 2).
2.5 Unscrew the housing from the metal head and empty it (fig. 5).
2.6 Pull out the old treatment unit and insert the new treatment unit.
Make sure the O-rings on the contact pins are clean (figs. 6 & 7) and insert the new
O-rings supplied.
