f) Clean up any spilled fuel immediately.
• Mixing the Fuel
a) This tool uses a two-stroke engine which
requires pre-mixing gasoline and 2-cycle oil . Me-
changing of unleaded gasoline and 2-cycle engine oil in a
clean container approved for gasoline .
b) The engine is certified to operate on unleaded gasoline
intended for automotive use with an octane rating of 90
( [R + M] / 2) or more.
c) Do not use any mixtures prepared gas stations such as
those used in motorcycles , mopeds, etc. .
d) Use oil 2 automélangeuse time high quality air-cooled
engines . Do not use automotive oil or 2-stroke outboard
engines.
e) Mix the fuel thoroughly before each supply. Mix in
small amounts. Do not mix more fuel than will be used
within a period of 30 days. It is re ¬ controlled using
2-cycle oil containing a fuel stabilizer.
f) Use only approved containers .
• Filling
a) Clean the area around the filler cap to prevent fuel
contamination .
b ) Loosen the fuel cap slowly to release pressure and to
keep fuel from escaping .
c) Never remove the cap of the fuel tank or add fuel
leaving the engine running . Cool the engine and exhaust
system components before refueling .
d) Fill the fuel tank carefully. Do not overfill the tank.
Avoid spilling fuel . Always stop the mo ¬ tor before
refueling . Never fill the tank of a machine while the
engine is running or hot . Move at least 5 m from the
refueling site before starting engine . Do not smoke!
e) Always replace the cap of the fuel tank and tighten it
well after refueling.
f) If fuel is spilled , do not attempt to start the engine but
move the machine away spillages before starting .
g) Never refuel in a closed room.
h) Never house tool or fuel container in a room where an
open flame such as a water heater.
i) If the fuel tank is draining, it should be done outside.
6 . Storage and Maintenance
a) Remove any residue on the machine, check that no
part is damaged , if not repaired before the next use.
b ) Stop the machine and remove the spark plug before
maintenance work .
c ) Use only spare parts and accessories supplied or
recommended by the manufacturer . Never attempt to
repair the appliance yourself.
In fact , all jobs that are not specified in this manual may
only be done at stations after-sales service authorized by
us.
d) Drain the fuel tank , loosen the bleed screw for fuel
tank leaks, turn the machine on and let it run until it stops
itself.
e) Remove the spark plug and put a few drops of 2-stroke
engine oil .
Pull the starter cord 2-3 times , replace the spark plug to
the anchor point .
f ) Apply rust remover on parts such as metal contacts on
the cable metal acceleration , put the cover on the cutters
and store the machine inside to protect from moisture.
d) When the machine is stopped to perform maintenance
operations or to inspect the store , stop the engine ,
disconnect the spark plug wire and make sure all moving
parts have stopped. Allow engine to cool before
performing any inspection, adjustment , etc. .
e) Store the machine in a place where the fuel vapor will
not reach an open flame or spark. Always cool the
machine before storage.
f ) When transporting or storing the machine , always
mount the transport protection of the cutting device .
7. transport
- Make sure blade guards are in place.
- When transporting by vehicle, secure the machine with
a rope. Do not carry a motorcycle or bicycle because it is
dangerous.
- Never carry the trimmer on rough roads over long
distances without having previously removed the fuel
tank. Risk of leakage!
