The kabob and rib rack insert allows you to cook more items
on your grill than would be possible using a traditional grilling
surface alone.
Follow all instructions in your grill Operator's Manual as well as
the instructions provided on this sheet when using the kabob
and rib rack insert.
INSTALLING/REMOVING KABOB AND RIB
RACK
See Figures 1 - 3.
Using the insert removal tool (if provided with your grill) or
heat-resistent oven mitts, lift and remove the grate insert
from your grill.
Place the rack insert in the hole from where the grate insert
was removed.
Insert kabob rack or rib rack into holes in bottom of rack
insert.

OPERATING TIPS
If using kabob rack, slide food onto skewers and place in
grooves on kabob rack.
If using rib rack, place food directly onto top of rack using
a long-handled grill utensil.
When food is done, carefully remove skewers or food from
rib rack using a long-handled grill utensil and place on a
serving platter.
CLEANING THE KABOB AND RIB RACK
Allow the kabob and rib rack insert to cool completely.
Remove the rack insert from the grill, then clean with regular
soap and water.
When not in use, store the rack in your grill's insert storage
area (if equipped) or in an enclosed area where it will not
be exposed to the elements.
