The porcelain coated cast-iron grilling grate insert is a part of
the STōK ™ Grilling Insert System.
Follow all instructions in your grill Operator's Manual as well as
the instructions provided on this sheet when using the grate.
INSTALLING / REMOVING INSERT
See Figure 1.
Using the insert removal tool (if provided with your grill)
or heat-resistent oven mitts, lift and remove the grate
insert from your grill.
You may place a new insert, from the Grilling Insert System
(sold separately) in the hole from where the grate insert was
removed.
OPERATING TIPS
Cook food on the grilling grate using a long-handled grill
utensil.
When food is done, carefully remove from the grilling grate
and place on a serving platter.
CLEANING THE GRILLING GRATE
Allow the grilling grate and insert to cool completely.
Clean before and after each use with a stiff wire brush.
When not in use, store the grilling grate in your grill where
it will not be exposed to the elements.
