Adjustment of the jets
The ring jet, fan jet and fountain jet have been adjusted to nominal value in the factory.
The adjustment may be varied, however, to suit your individual requirements.
The fl ow adjuster is located at the side of the jet to be regulated (please refer to drawing).
The fl ow rate can be varied (from 0-100%). Put the hexagon cap screwdriver SW6 supplied into the
appropriate hexagonal recess provided at the fl ow adjuster. By turning anticlockwise, you can increase
the volume of water, as required. The range of adjustment is 355° (less than one rotation).
Do not turn up to the stop by force. The bell jet can be regulated by turning it on the connecting nipple
(volume of water) and through adjustment of the cone (bell diameter).
There will be no fl ow of water through the bell jet, when it is screwed tightly on the connecting nipple.
Adjustment of the timing of the phases
The timing of the phases (water patterns) can be adjusted continuously with the screw provided (please
refer to drawing).
When you turn the adjusting screw tightly (do not use force), the waterworks remain running at one phase.
Turning out the adjusting screw allows the waterworks to go on and off again.
The more you turn out the adjusting screw, the quicker the waterworks perform the individual phases.
Should the adjusting screw drop out, you have to screw it on again by not less than 2 rotations.
Mounting of the colored discs
Through the three bolts press the colored discs chosen into the appropriate fi xtures provided at the
underwater fl oodlight.
Maintenance - General remarks
All jets supplied, the bell jet, fan jet, ring jet and fountain jet, are a "high-gloss" chrome-plated construction.
Should the jet surface become soiled, it can easily be cleaned using a commercial chrome-polish (if there
are calcareous deposits, use an adequate lime remover).
In spite of the fi lter ring and the closed circuit of the waterworks, the jet orifi ces may become clogged with
unwanted sediment.
Care should be taken to ensure that the dirt in the jets is removed from the orifi ces only by using water or
compressed air. Do avoid using any sharp instruments.
This may cause damages to occur which may change the water pattern unfavorably. If all jets have to be
cleaned, do always unscrew only one jet from the waterworks, clean the jet and mount it again. If all jets
are unscrewed at the same time, it may happen that the jet fi xtures in the waterworks are displaced and the
mounting procedure of the jets can be hardly carried out.
Cleaning of the jets
Fountain and fan jets
Turn the jets out of the Water Display
in an anticlockwise direction.
Loosen the three screws on the jet
bottom.
Now the cap can be removed and
cleaned.
The mounting procedure is carried
out in reverse order.

Bell jets
With the bell jets, foreign substances can set down
between pipe and cone.
The water pattern tears off.
By enlarging the aperture between pipe and cone you
can wash out the foreign bodies.
Disassembling of the bell jet:
Turn the bell jet anticlockwise from the connecting
nipple.
Likewise turn the cone out of the pipe in an
anticlockwise direction.
Ring jets
Disassemble the ring jet.
Turn out the connecting nipple of the bell jet with the
box spanner SW 41 supplied.
Now the ring jet is fi xed only through the spiral hose.
Pull the hose out of the waterworks by approx. 10 cm,
loosen the hose clip and pull the hose from the hose
line on the jet bottom.
Pull apart the bottom and the cap and remove the disc.
Now the individual pieces can be cleaned.
Mounting of the ring jet:
Place the disc in the cap of the jet.
In the cap are 18 bores. 16 bores of a 4 mm Ø and
2 bores of a 5 mm Ø.
The bores of a 5 mm Ø are opposite each other just
as the threaded inserts in the jet cap.
Place the disc in the jet cap so that the bores of
a 5 mm Ø are above the threaded inserts.
Now press the bottom into the cap in such a way that
the 2 bores in the bottom are in the proper position.
Please ensure, when assembling, that the two O-rings
fi t snugly onto the bottom of the jet.
The screws can then be placed in the threaded inserts
through the two bores and tightened.
For installing the ring jet onto the appliance, put the
spiral hose onto the hose line again and tighten the
hose clip.
The jet will be screwed again onto the appliance by
the connecting nipple.
