shows the "moneybox" icon that shows the user the selection made. The recipes are scrollable using the buttons
on the left in cyclical mode. If a recipe is not yet set, the oven will display 0 on both displays.
To set a recipe, once the recipe has been selected with the mode described, and having set the parameters,
press the recipes button. This results in saving of the values of the cooking parameters currently being displayed.
Both in manual mode and in recipe mode, pressing the button

At this point, the oven is in chamber preheating mode.

Upon reaching the chamber set point, the oven beeps and shows the message Start while still continuing tem-
perature control of the chamber.

Cooking Cycle
During this phase actual cooking takes place that will end upon elapse of the time.
By pressing the "SET" buttons, it will be possible to reset the cooking parameters as already described.

It is also possible to perform manual injection of water here as described in the PreHeat paragraph.
End cooking and CoolDown/Finish
Once the end of cooking condition has been reached, the oven will automatically enter the cooldown (cooling)
phase.
The fans will be switched on for cooling and the oven emits a beep (which can be silenced).
The fans can be switched on and off regardless of the door status by pressing the button
Upon reaching the temperature of 80°C, the oven enters Fin (Finish) mode.
In the Fin (Finish) status, the fans stop.

PROBE ALARMS
When one of the probes is outside the nominal operating range or in the case of probe open or in short circuit
an alarm is generated. The alarm condition is indicated with displaying of the following error codes:
Pr1 = Chamber probe fault
Pr3 = Card probe fault
The alarm LED is activated.

will stop the cycle and brings the oven into "stB" (StandBy) mode.
