• CLEANING AND STORAGE
o Always unplug the appliance before you start cleaning.
o Clean the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water and do
not rinse it either.
o Clean the parts that have come in contact with food in hot water with mild detergent im-
mediately after use.
o Do not use anything harsh or abrasive cleaners or tools that can scratch or damage the
surfaces ot the appliance or its accessories.
o Clean the metal blade, the blade unit of the blender and the inserts very carefully. Their
cutting edges are very sharp! Be careful also during disassembly.
o Make sure that the cutting edges of the blades do touch hard objects. This could blunt
them.
o Store the appliance in a dry place, out of the reach of children and preferably in its original
box.
Note: Some ingredients like curry paste or carrots may cause discolourations on the surface
of the accessories. This is perfectly normal and will not affect the flavour of your next pro-
cessed food.

Solution
Ensure correct assembly.
Make sure the power plug is plugged in properly.
Check if there is a power outage.
Processing bowl may loosen during processing. Reinstall
the bowl cover.
The automatic protection function has probably cut off the
power supply to the appliance because it has overheated.
Let it cool down for 90 minutes.
Ensure the driver shaft is installed correctly.
