The Exelia Maintenance Adaptor can be used inside the hospital (biomedical department,
care units) and outside the hospital like an office on a daily use basis.
The Exelia Maintenance Adaptor must be used in the following operational conditions to
ensure proper performance:
■ Temperature: 5°C to 40°C
■ Relative humidity: 20% to 90% maximum, without condensation
■ Atmospheric pressure: 700 hPa (525 mmHg / 10.15 PSI) to 1060 hPa (795 mmHg /
15.37 PSI)
■ Maximum altitude: 3000 m above sea level
NOTE: Do not use the device in explosive or flammable environments.

Exelia Maintenance Adaptor is a medical device accessory that has no clinical benefits.

The Exelia Maintenance Adaptor does not have an embedded software, but the Exelia
Maintenance Adaptor is compatible with all devices and software versions listed in the table

1.3 Description
The Exelia Maintenance Adaptor is connected to the module via a MIR connector and to
the maintenance PC via an Ethernet cable.
Refer to the Instructions for Use of the Exelia infusion modules for more information on the
Exelia infusion system and its components.
The Exelia infusion system is the infusion station made up of Exelia products such as the
Exelia infusion pumps, Exelia Link, Exelia Combox and Exelia Therapy Manager.
The Exelia infusion system is primarily intended for bedside installation, and can be mounted
on adapted rolling stands, fixed poles, and other approved accessories.
