9. TROUBLESHOOTING
9.1. ERROR CODES
If there is a malfunction, the dishwasher displays an error code.
Codes
Meaning
E1
Longer inlet time.
Not reaching required
E3
temperature.
E4
Overflow.
Failure of orientation of
E8
the distributary valve.
Warning:
If an overflow occurs, turn off the main water supply before calling for service.
If there is water in the base pan because of an overflow or a small leak, remove
the water before restarting the dishwasher.
9.2. BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE

Possible Causes
Faucets not open, water intake is restricted,
or water pressure is too low.
Malfunction of the heating element.
Some element of the dishwasher leaks.
Open circuit or a break in the distributary
valve.
What to Do
Replace the fuse or reset the circuit
breaker. Remove any appliances sharing
the circuit with the dishwasher.
Make sure the dishwasher is turned on and
the door is closed securely. Make sure the
power cord is plugged into the wall socket.
Check that the water supply is connected
properly and the water is turned on.
Make sure to close the door properly and
latch it.
Check the drain hose.
Check the coarse filter.
Check the kitchen sink to make sure it is
draining well. You may need a plumber.
