Regulating the air flow
for the burners
Owing to the different characteristics of the gas
used, flames may receive insufficient or
excessive air flow. In this case, regulate the air
flow by following the steps outlined below:
1 Loosen screw C in the burner. Fig. 17
2 Rotate the air shutter D to position N for
methane or natural gas or to position G for
liquid gas, align the moving indicator on the
shutter to the fixed indicator on the burner to
obtain a regular flame.
Examples
• Flame with excess air flow; small and weak:
rotate air shutter D to reduce opening x (anti-
clockwise).
• Normal flame: bluish colour.
• Flame with insufficient air; irregular with
yellow tips: rotate air shutter D to increase
opening x (clockwise).

Regulating the minimum flow
(only for bottom burner)
The regulation of the flame to the minimum
flow is only performed in the factory.
After changing an injector to adapt to the
available gas or after certain conditions
regarding mains pressure, it may be necessary
to regulate the minimum flow again.
This operation is performed with the oven in
the unit and after the electric and gas supplies
are connected by competent and qualified
personnel. These operations are necessary
when the gas is changed from one type to
another (from natural gas G20 to liquid gas
G30) to guarantee a minimum temperature of
approximately 150 ºC.
The necessary steps are as follows:
• Fully open the oven door and remove all
accessories.
• Remove the floor plate.
• Turn the oven on full power with the
thermostat dial following the instructions in
the corresponding section and carefully
closing the door.
• Wait for approximately 10 minutes, then
access the bypass screw using the
corresponding screwdriver and after having
removed the dial.
• Position the thermostat shaft to the
minimum position.
• Tighten or loosen the bypass screw,
respectively, to reduce or increase the flame
until a small, regular flame is obtained.
• Reassemble the dial and ensure that flame
does not go out when turning it quickly
between maximum and minimum positions.
• Open and close the oven door continuously
several times (neither too fast nor too slow).
