• For safer operation, ensure that the supply
pressure matches the values indicated in
the "Burner and injector identification table".
• If the appliance is supplied with liquid gas
from a cylinder, ensure that the cylinder
pressure regulator complies with the rules
and regulations in force.
• It is compulsory to supply the gas using a
rigid metal pipe (copper or steel) or a flexible
metal tube (stainless steel) in accordance
with rules and regulations in force.
• The gas inlet pipe in the appliance includes
a terminal nut to which the adjustable elbow
connector (supplied) is connected according
to installation requirements. Fig. 13
• The rigid or flexible metallic feeder tube
(maximum length = 1.5 m) must be connected
to the opposite end of the elbow connector.
• Put the sealing rings (supplied) on the two
ends of the elbow connector. If removing these
parts, the sealing rings must be replaced with
new ones.
• Once the appliance is installed, ensure that
the gas pipe is not squashed or damaged by
moving parts.
Caution:
When the installation is completed, ensure that
the sealing rings of all the connectors are
perfectly tightened. Test this by using a soapy
solution (never use a flame).
Electrical Connection
The fitter must ensure that:
• The mains power voltage and frequency
correspond to what is marked on the
identification plate.
• The domestic wiring system can withstand
the maximum power marked on the
identification plate.
• After connecting the power supply, check
that all electrical parts of the oven are
working correctly.
Adaptation of the burners to other
types of Gas
To adapt the appliance to another type of gas
than that for which it has been readied (see the
label on the appliance packaging) the following
steps must be followed:
• Fully open the oven door and remove all
accessories (tray, shelf etc.).
• Remove the floor plate covering the bottom
burner by taking out the screws and lifting
it off.
• Remove the burners in the following way:
1 Bottom burner: to remove, unscrew the
screws on the angled clamp and on the side
supports of the burner. Fig. 14
2 Top burner (if there is one): to remove,
unscrew the screw on the side support of
the burner.
• Remove the bottom burner and the top
burner (if there is one) to enable you to
access the injectors. Fig. 15
Caution:
Take particular care with the spark plug wires
and the thermocouple tubes when removing
the burner.
• Use a 7 mm Stillson wrench to replace the
injector with the one corresponding to the
type of gas to be used (see "Identification
table in the user guide").
• Reassemble the different parts by carrying
out the steps in reverse order. Remember to
replace the calibration label with a new one
(supplied).
