7. Usage
7.1 Setting the time
To set the time on the device, proceed as follows:
1. When you slide the
hour will automatically flash in the display. If the device is already in operation, press and
hold the Mode button for two seconds.
2. The hour flashes on the display.

The time can also be set automatically from your smartphone via Bluetooth
