5. Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug,
if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or
damaged, or dropped into water. Return the appliance to an
Andis authorized service station for examination.
6. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
7. Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
8. Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products
are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
9. Do not use this appliance with a damaged or broken blade or
comb, as injury to the skin may occur.
10. To disconnect turn control to "OFF" then remove plug from outlet.
11. WARNING: During use, do not place or leave appliance
where it may be (1) damaged by an animal or (2) exposed
to the weather.
12. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and similar objects.
13. Always attach plug to appliance first, then to outlet. To
disconnect, turn all controls to off position then remove plug
from outlet.
14. WARNING: Keep Appliance Dry.
15. WARNING: Cutting blades may become hot after prolonged use.
16. Plug charger directly into receptacle – do not use an
extension cord.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade
is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the
plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.
