Problem
The skin has turned red and/or
itches or prickles.
Three yellow lights on the Pain
Therapy Device are flashing
and you cannot feel any
stimulation.
Three green lights are flashing
and you cannot feel any
stimulation.
Batteries have been installed
but the light does not turn on.

Possible causes
You are allergic to the electro-
de pads.
You have a small cut or acne.
The adhesive surface of the
pads is dirty or too dry.
The therapy has gone on too
long.
The 2 pads are not attached
firmly and fully to the skin.
The surface of the pads is
worn out.
One of the pads has become
disconnected from your skin or
a wire is unplugged.
The auto shutdown timer has
activated and the device has
powered of.
The battery compartment is
dirty and the connectors are
blocked.
The batteries are not at full
power and have not been
installed correctly.
There is a problem with the
connectors in the battery
compartment.
The power dial has been
turned OFF and then ON.
Try this solution
Stop using the machine until
you ascertain the cause of the
skin irritation.
Do not put electrodes on
recently shaved skin, areas
that have suffered insect bites,
scrapes, acne or any open
wounds.
Wash the adhesive surface
of the pads gently with your
fingertips for about 3 seconds
under slow running water.
Use the device for a maximum
of 40 minutes per treatment
and no more than 3 times a
day.
Attach the 2 pads firmly to the
skin to ensure full contact.
Replace the set of pads.
Reconnect the body pads to
your skin or reconnect the
wire. Turn the Pain Therapy
Device off and then turn it
back on again to restart the
device.
Turn the power dial until it
clicks to the OFF position first.
Then turn the power dial back
to the ON position.
Examine and clean.
Replace the batteries or install
them correctly in the compart-
ment.
Try pulling the connectors
outward slightly using a small
pair of pliers.
Turn the power dial OFF and
then ON again.
