Problem
The device does not appear to
be working properly.
The device stops working
before treatment has ended.

Possible causes
The two pads are not attached
properly.
The wires from the electrode
pads are not properly
connected to the Pain Therapy
Device.
The wire plug is not firmly
connected to the output port
at the top of the Pain Therapy
Device.
Weakening electrical pulses.
Power is running out.
The electrode pads are not
properly in contact with the
skin.
The gel surface of the
electrode pad is dry or
contaminated.
Your skin is covered with oil
or lotion that is preventing the
pads from sticking.
The batteries have run out.
The wire plug has not been
fully inserted into the output
port.
The wires between the elec-
trode pads and the main wire
are not connected.
Try this solution
Attach both pads to the body
and make sure the pads are
not touching each other.
Make sure the wire from the
electrodes is connected to the
Pain Therapy Device.
Push the wire plug firmly into
the output port of the Pain
Therapy Device.
Turn the ON/OFF intensity dial
in a clockwise direction.
Replace batteries, even if you
bought them recently.
Press the electrodes firmly
onto the skin.
Moisten the pads with a little
water or replace with new
electrode pads.
Wash your skin with water and
try putting the pads on again.
Change the batteries.
Reconnect the plug to the
output port.
Reconnect the wires from the
electrodes or foot pads to the
main wire leading to the Pain
Therapy Device.
