You can use disposable cylinder, complete with adjust valve. It is also necessary to use the calibration kit
Tecnocontrol model TC014 (Stainless steel). To ensure that the gas reaches the sensor, please use steel reducers,
Teflon tubes or other compatible materials (e.g. polyurethane) that do not disperse.
"INSTRUMENT OPERATION CHECK" (Check Code: F2, F2, F1, F1): this function allows to effect a functional test
of the equipment. After having inserted the " Check Code ", all LEDs are switched off. Then LEDs will switch on in
sequence, from the yellow up to the red. At the end all the LEDs will remain lighted for around 5 seconds, and then
the detector returns at the conditions of normal operation. It is advisable to perform this operation every 12 months
according to the use.
Note: The operation is not executable if the Red LED is on or if the mA output is more than 12mA (500ppm).
"CALIBRATION CHECK" (no Code required): using the gas mixture indicated above, this function is used to control
the correct response to the gas and can be made after the installation. But it should be done during the periodic
maintenances, to verify the effective functioning of the detector.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The mixture to be used is the specific refrigerant gas mixture according to the model
(500 or 1000 ppm) in nitrogen (available on request). Only if the test result is negative, proceed with the

Le TS282IF est une sonde à transmetteur (4÷20mA) pour gaz et vapeurs réfrigérants avec capteur "Infrarouge"
(NDIR – Non Dispersive Infrared Sensor)

Pouvant également être utilisé en systèmes centralisés d'alarme pour l'industrie employant des gaz réfri-
gérants, laboratoires, magasins de stockage de bouteilles, locaux de compresseurs, ambiances où il est néces-
saire de contrôler d'éventuelles fuites de gaz réfrigérants. Le nom de chaque modèle identifie le type de gaz détec-
té et sa pleine échelle.
Le détecteur est constitué par une boîtier contenant le circuit électronique et les borniers de raccordement; dans le
porte capteur (non-ouverture), placé dans la partie inférieure du boîtier, est logée le capteur infrarouge.
Le TS282IF est un transmetteur sur 3 fils possédant un signal de sortie S 4÷20 mA avec fond d'échelle à 1000
(TS282IFn-H) ou 2000 (TS282IFn) ppm, du gaz réfrigérant mesuré
dant sur les centrales d'alarmes mono et multivoies Tecnocontrol. Sur le couvercle, se trouvent les touches de co-
dage F1 et F2 pour les opérations de vérification et calibrage et 3 LED indiquant les conditions de fonctionnement:
