Using the blender / whisk attachment
1. Place the food to be blended or whipped in the measuring cup (2) provided or in
another suitable container. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING! Do not overfi ll the
measuring cup! Make sure that the maximum fi lling quantity (MAX mark) is not
exceeded.
2. Place the motor unit (8) on the desired attachment (3, 4) and turn it clockwise to lock
it in place. The motor unit must engage noticeably.
3. Connect the mains plug to an socket that is properly installed and conforms to the
specifi cations of the device.
4. Place the device in the container containing the food to be processed. PLEASE
NOTE THE FOLLOWING! When using the blender attachment, keep it as straight
as possible and not at an angle. There is a risk of splashing!
5. Press and hold the L (1) or H (9) button to run the device at low or high speed respec-
tively. The blade of the blender attachment or whisk rotates.
6. Release the L or H button when the food has been crushed or whipped. The blade
of the blender attachment or whisk attachment comes to a standstill.
7. Disconnect the mains plug from the socket.
8. Turn the motor unit counter-clockwise to release it from the attachment and remove
it.
Cleaning and storage
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING!

Do not clean the motor unit, the protective cover, the motor shaft with blades, the
whisk attachment and the blender attachment in the dishwasher!
■
Do not use etching or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads. These can dam-
age the surface.
1. Make sure that the motor unit (8) is disconnected from the mains!
2. Remove the motor unit from the accessories used.
3. Wipe the motor unit with a slightly damp cloth and then dry it thoroughly.
4. Clean all other accessories with clear, warm water and a mild detergent. The cutting
container (6) and the measuring cup (2) are suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
5. Before assembling, stow and / or allow all parts to dry completely.
6. Store the motor unit and all accessories in a dry, clean place that is inaccessible
to children and animals.
