To uses the hob, you can use manual function or timer function .
MANUAL MODE
To switch on the hob, turn the timer knob on manual mode
Now is possible to activate the desired heating element .
To switch off the hob, turn the cooking plate knob on
neutral position , than put the timer knob on "0" .
TIMER FUNCTION
It is possibile to automatically switch off the hob with the mechanical timer .
You can adjust up to 120 minute by rotating the mechanical clock knob clock
wise.
- Switch on the heating element at desired power level .
- Set the cooking time on the timer .
- When the time set is expire, the heating plate switch off .
IMPORTANT : After the switch off by the timer, remember to turn the heating's
element on "0".
During the cooking and after switch off the hob, a red light indicate wich hea-
ting element is still hot .
