26. Attaching the finger guard
On both doors of the refrigerator compartment:

Hold the finger guard on the door so that the fixing holes
in the cover strip are in alignment with the bores in the
fixing brackets.
Now mark the lower edge of the finger guard and
shorten accordingly.

Insert finger guard into the gap between appliance and
cavity wall (1.).

Press cover strip of the finger guard from top to bottom
into the gap between the furniture front and appliance
door (2.). Ensure that the fixing holes in the cover strip
are in alignment with the bores in the fixing brackets (3.)!

Attach finger guard to the fixing brackets using the
screws.

Check function and ease of movement of the finger
guard by opening and closing the door several times.
27. Attaching the covers

Attach the cover ribs on both longitudinal sides of the
doors and the freezer compartment drawer.

Attach the light switch cover.
The cover can be screwed to the door.
