1)
Press UP/DOWN to select the watt control program. Press ENTER to confirm.
2)
Press UP/DOWN to set up the desired time. Press ENTER to confirm.
3)
Press UP/DOWN to set up the desired distance value. Press ENTER to confirm.
4)
The calories will flash, and then press UP, DOWN to set up the desired calories to
be consumed. Press ENTER to confirm the value.
5)
Press UP/DOWN to set up the desired watt. Press ENTER to confirm. (See fig 30)
6)
Press START/ STOP to begin exercise.
NOTE: The WATT value is decided by the TORQUE and RPM. In this program, the
WATT value will stay constant. This means that if you peddle quickly, the resistance will
decrease and if you peddle slowly, the resistance will increase to ensure you stay at the
same watt value.

55%H.R, 75% H.R aND 90% H.R
The maximum heart rate depends on your age and this program
ensures your heart rate stays in the desired area.

Press UP/DOWN to choose the heart rate control program.
Press ENTER to confirm.

Press UP/DOWN to set up the desired time. Press ENTER to
confirm.
3)
Press UP/DOWN to set up the desired distance value. Press
ENTER to confirm.
4)
Press UP/DOWN to set up the desired calories target. Press
ENTER to confirm.

Press UP/DOWN to set the your age. Press
ENTER to confirm. (See fig 31)
6)
The final screen will display your target heart
rate driven by your age entry.
7)
Press START/ STOP to begin exercise.
