The La Marzocco App allows you to adjust the steam boiler pressure,

setting the STEAM POWER function to 1 (LOW), 2 (MEDIUM) or 3
(HIGH).
The temperature of the brewing water is measured at the most

critical point in the Coffee group where temperature fluctuation is
the greatest.
This parameter is set at the factory at a preset nominal temperature,
which however can be edited using the La Marzocco App.
